Q: How long does it take to get my order?

A: Most items are made to order unless otherwise noted. The description section of each product will list approximate shipping times. Most orders take 7-12 business days to ship. Specialty items may take longer. 

 

Q: What is considered a specialty item?

A: A specialty items is anything additional to our standard large print tee. For example, star splatter all-over prints, blood splatter all-over prints, specialty packaging, toys, etc.  

 

Q: Can I exchange my product after I order?

A: Yes, you can request an exchange for size within 2 days from order date by sending an email to: dbruzeteam@gmail.com

Q: Do you do custom requests/merchandise ?

A: Yes, we do. As the Dbruze brand does many of today's artists' merchandise, please email dbruzeteam@gmail.com for any custom design requests.

 

Q: Why don't you guys answer back on social media?
