Due to our products being made-to-order, all sales are final unless damaged, defective, or an incorrect item was received. To report a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, send us an email within 48 hours of receipt of the item, including pictures, to:

We will send you a return label to return the item and your replacement item will be processed and shipped.

Refunds (if applicable)

Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of you refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to the original method of payment. If the original method of payment is unavailable and you qualify for a refund, you will be contacted.
